Oatly Barista Edition, 1 litre. This is the carton that made oat milk work in coffee shops, and it is formulated differently from the standard oat drink rather than simply being marketed at baristas.
The difference is that it froths properly and does not split when it hits hot espresso. Standard plant drinks curdle in coffee, which is why a flat white made with the wrong carton comes back looking wrong.
Steam it as you would milk and do not overheat it. Oat drink scorches at a lower temperature than dairy, and burnt oat is not something you can hide.
