McVitie's Hobnobs, 255g. The plain original rather than the chocolate version, and arguably the better biscuit for it.
The Hobnob's whole claim is structural. The oats give it a sturdiness a digestive does not have, and it will take a dunk that would destroy most rivals. Without chocolate on top there is nothing to soften and slide off, so the plain version dunks best of all.
