Lotus Biscoff chocolate covered biscuits in a snack pack. The caramelised biscuit with a layer of chocolate over it, individually portioned.
The chocolate changes the biscuit considerably. On its own Biscoff is thin and crisp and pairs with coffee; under chocolate it becomes richer and heavier and works better on its own. Both are good and they are not interchangeable.
The snack pack format means they go into a bag without breaking, which a thin caramelised biscuit otherwise does readily.

Lotus have been baking in Belgium since 1932. We stock the plain snack packs, the 250g pack and the sandwich versions alongside this.
Keep the pack somewhere cool, since a thin chocolate layer marks and softens quickly.
