Fox's White Chunkie cookies, 180g. The white chocolate version, on the same thick, heavy cookie base as the rest of the Chunkie range.
White chocolate is sweeter than milk and has no cocoa bitterness to balance it, so these are the richest of the three and the ones most likely to be limited to one at a time. That is not a criticism; it is simply how white chocolate behaves.
They work particularly well with a strong coffee, where the bitterness of the drink does the balancing that the chocolate does not.
