This is a concentrated formula, which is why 870ml stretches to 58 washes. Use less than you would of a standard conditioner.

Fabric conditioner goes in the separate drawer compartment, not in the drum with the detergent. Putting the two together neutralises both, which is the most common laundry mistake there is.

Do not use it on towels, or at least not every wash. It coats the fibres, which is what makes clothes soft and what makes towels stop absorbing water.
