Amoy light soy sauce, 150ml. Light and dark soy are genuinely different ingredients rather than strengths of the same thing, and using the wrong one changes a dish considerably.
Light soy is thinner, saltier and lighter in colour. It is the seasoning soy: used in stir fries, marinades, dipping sauces and anywhere you want salt and umami without darkening what is in the pan.
If a recipe just says soy sauce without qualifying it, light is usually what is meant.
